Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. We always want you to be ECSTATIC about your Keep On Picklin' experience.
Returns - To increase the likelihood that you (and/or your gift recipient) LOVE our products, and that they are exactly what you anticipated or better, please pay close attention to all size information, color choices, product photos, etc. Should you be unhappy with your purchase due to any product defect, quality problem or misrepresentation on our site, we offer a 30-day return policy, meaning that you have 30 calendar days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or some form of proof of purchase, so that we can match your return to the original order.

Please note that all returns, following return approval, must be sent to the following address: Keep On Picklin' Returns, 11201 Ed Brown Rd, Charlotte, North Carolina, 28273. This address should be used for returns ONLY and not for any other forms of correspondence.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Refunds
After receipt of your approved return, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 12 business days have passed since we’ve received your approved return, please contact us at Support@keeponpicklin.com.
